Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Maroon 5 Store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding pre-orders. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Some of our items are produced on a made to order basis and require 1 - 2 days production time prior to shipment. On-demand products are marked as such on the corresponding product description page.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed. If your order experiences a significant delay in processing, we will notify you via email. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

We offer all shipping rates from Fedex, UPS, and USPS.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes:

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents and your selected shipping method. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping Policy // Customs, Duties and Taxes

We ship internationally! Please note that Maroon 5 Store is not responsible for any customs and duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Maroon 5 Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.
